  1. Select a product:

    • Choose a specific product that you are interested in purchasing or have purchased online.
    • Make sure the product has a significant number of customer reviews available.
  2. Read and analyze product reviews:

    • Locate your chosen product on Amazon.
    • Read a variety of customer reviews for that product.
    • Consider the positive and negative aspects mentioned in the reviews, such as quality, delivery, customer service, and overall satisfaction.
  3. Note important details:

    • Take notes on key points from the reviews, such as commonly mentioned strengths and weaknesses, customer complaints, or standout features.
    • Record specific quotes or anecdotes that illustrate the customer experiences.
  4. Reflect on personal experiences:

    • Think about your own experiences shopping online.
    • Consider challenges you have faced, positive experiences you have had, or any memorable incidents related to online shopping.
  5. Create role play presentations:

    • Form pairs or small groups, as directed by the instructor.
    • Work with your group to develop a role play presentation based on your chosen product, incorporating elements from the customer reviews and your personal experiences.
    • Present both positive and negative aspects to provide a balanced perspective.
